"about growing up
in the islands...sharing our aloha....creating a musical bridge."

"Were
just a little different. No jawaiian (local reggae)
and its not traditional Hawai`ian. It's a blend of adult
contemporary music of Hawai`i today, written and performed hoping
to share our aloha. Music for all ages.
Along with sharing our music
with kama`aina (locals), were hoping to create a musical
bridge to shores beyond the Hawaiian Islands. Not just
to transplanted islanders but to folks who live in Racine, Wisconsin,
Pocatello, Idaho, Palmetto, Florida, or perhaps Burnby, British
Columbia. Tourist and tourist wannabes.
So, the songs are mostly
in English and in many contemporary styles such as pop, folk,
rock, light jazz and blues. The lyrics are often about growing
up and living in the beautiful islands. Stories of life, ohana
(family), loves and the environment around us. It's comes from
the heart, and a little boy who grew up in this small town of
Kailua in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
Mahalo (thank you) for any
kokua (help) you can offer in spreading the Word of Joe."
